Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge is an 829-acre Georgia state park in Dawsonville, Georgia, located between Ellijay and Dahlonega.

The park is home to Amicalola Falls, Georgia's tallest waterfall at 729 feet.

It is regarded as one of Georgia's Seven Natural Wonders.

Amicalola Falls State Park also has numerous hiking trails, a guest lodge, restaurant, cabins, and a shelter for Appalachian Trail hikers.

Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge contains four groups of trails, one of which leads to the top of the waterfall.

Amicalola Falls State Park was privatised in 2012, and its operations were transferred to Coral Hospitality, a hotel and resort management company based in Florida.

A $5 GA State Park Pass is required for all vehicles entering Amicalola State Park.

Amicalola Falls is one of Georgia's most popular state parks, so expect to see a lot of people on the trail, especially on nice days.

The falls can be seen from the top of the hill, and you can park in the parking lot to see them from that level.

When you enter the park, there is a road that leads to the top as well as the bottom of the stairs.
